About Us

Our journey began in Geneva, Switzerland in 2003. The prestigious World Health Organization (also known as "WHO") published a paper called the "Technical Series 916".

This document outlined the declining health of people around the world and linked this phenomenon directly to the incongruity between what people of specific ethnic origins traditionally ate and what they are eating today.
